Industrial-grade interchangers should use high-speed (High SPD) fans with intelligent monitoring circuits to monitor and control the operation of network interchangers in real time, such as monitoring chassis fan temperature, main interchanger chip temperature, chassis temperature, optical transceiver temperature, etc. During the working process of the industrial-grade interchanger, the intelligent monitoring circuit automatically adjusts the fan speed according to the temperature of the component under test or the fan speed signal to dissipate heat to the network interchanger. The fan speed is primarily related to the interchanger load and ambient temperature. When the ambient temperature is constant, when the data load of the industrial-grade interchanger is reduced, the power consumption is reduced, and the fan speed will be automatically reduced. When the data load is constant, when the industrial-grade interchanger is in a low temperature environment, the fan speed is automatically reduced. When the industrial-grade interchanger is in a high temperature environment, the fan speed automatically increases. 2) The intelligent fan should be designed to be hot-swappable, that is, if the system does not stop and the intelligent fan system alarms, the fan can be replaced online.
