        External cleaning

      The surface of the color display screen is coated with a very thin anti-glare, anti-static chemical coating. When removing the dust on the display screen, remember to turn off the power of the display and unplug the display power cable and signal cable. Wipe gently from the center of the screen with a soft dry cloth. If the surface of the screen is dirty, use a small amount of water to moisten the absorbent cotton or lens paper. Do not wipe with chemical solution such as alcohol. In addition to the display screen, you should also use a brush to wipe off the dust and dirt on the display case.

Internal cleaning

Removing dust inside the display should be handled by professionals, do not open the back cover of the display by yourself, if the display is not powered off for a long time, there will be residual high voltage on the graphite layer and the high pressure cap on the front of the picture tube, the energy provided by high voltage might hurt people, thus the residual charge needs to be released in a professional way to avoid serious consequences. 

Fault Repair

The fault of the display of the computer can be divided into soft fault and hard fault. When the display can not display normally, it should be analyzed briefly. Where is the fault, is the software setting problem or the internal circuit of the display?

A common fault in displays is black screen, that is ,no image appeared when the computer is on. At this point, you should first check if the power indicator on the display panel, If it is not on, check if the display's power plug is connected. If the power cord is plugged well (to ensure that the power outlet has power, you can try another jack), and the power switch is on, but the display indicator is not on, which indicates that the internal circuit of the display is not working. At this time, it should be sent to a special maintenance department for repair.

If the display's power indicator is on, you should restart the computer and focus on if the host's indicator is flashing and if there is a sound of“Di” in the host. If it is,it means the computer has started properly. At this time, check whether the signal cable connection between the display and the host is normal, The connection is normal means there is a fault inside the display and it should be sent for repair.
