Once we had the concept, the customer asked the obvious question: "How do you know it'll work?"
Fair point. For a solution that pushes past conventional limits, words aren't enough. We did two things:
First, we ran a full-system simulation.
Not just the cooler. We modeled the entire chassis—motherboard layout, drive positions, power supply, airflow paths. We watched where the air moved, where the hotspots formed. After a few rounds of tweaking heat pipe layouts and fin placements, the simulation showed 270W was achievable. Only then did we move forward. 2. Simulate the whole system, not just the cooler
