1Do you have your own brand?  Yes. Our brand name is GREATMINDS. 
2Are you a manufacture or trading company?We design and produce thermal products by ourselves. 
3Where is your plant?We have two plants.  One is at Suzhou in eastern China, and the other is at Dongguan in southern China.
4What thermal products do you supply?We have heatsink, fan, heapipe, vapor chamber, liquid cooling solution, and so on.
5How many employees in your company?We have over 120 employees in our company. 
6Could you provide ODM service?Yes. We have many ODM designs for customers. 
7What software do you use for thermal simulation?We usually use Flotherm. 
8What is the leadtime for a thermal simulation?It takes about 1 week. 
9What is the leadtime for production?It depends.  It takes about 4 weeks for general heatsink after tooling, and takes 5-7weeks for heatpipe/vapor chamber solutions. 
10What certificates do you have in your company?We have ISO9001 and ISO14001, and will get OHSAS18001 by the end of 2019. 
11What is the leadtime for a RFQ? It takes 2-3 working days. 
12Do you provide DFM(Design for Manufacturing)? Yes. We usually provide DFM for every customer drawing. 
13Do you have vapor chamber products?Yes. We have flat vapor chamber, ultra-thin vapor chamber, and 3D vapor chamber. 
14Do you have liquid cooling solution? What are the applications? Yes. We have liquid cooling solutions for telecom, automotive, electricity, and new energy applications. 
15Do you have standard products for server application?Yes.  We have a lot of heatsinks for server application, like Skylate 1U and 2U heatsinks. 
16What capabilities do you have in your plant? We have stamping, machining, and soldering production in house. 
17Do you have any patent in your company?Yes. We have over 20 patents in the thermal field. 
18Which types of heatsinks do you supply?Our products cover many processes, extrusion, die casting, skived fin, zipper fin, soldering,  friction stir welding, vaccum brazing, and so on. 
19What is the leadtime for prototype?It depends on different type of products. Usually it takes 2-3 weeks.
20Do you have a NPI process in your company?Yes. Tooling samples and trial run will be strictly implemented before mass production.
